Athletic Tip of The Day




     Rehydrate

      I have talked about rehydration this week. This cold weather makes it easy for us athletes to get dehydrated without us knowing it. Our bodies need extra fluids this time of year. The air is dry and we are wearing a lot of layers outside. And some of us may not feel like we have been sweating much. But in reality we still are sweating, and the dry air, and layers are taking the sweat away faster. If you are not sweating then that is a sure sign you need more fluids through out the day. Hope you are all enjoying the weather even if its cold outside. I love running in the cold, and love where I live.
