There is a news story on Msn this morning. I had to share, talking again about the importance of water.

While I was growing up I must of had the best mom. She instilled in me to drink water, no pop, no kool aid, just water. Today I am a water drinker. I have to have my water all day long. In this story they did a study that proves if you drink 500ml of water 30 minutes before your meal, you are more likely to lose weight!
